<p>Serving 34 years in the military as a Navy Frogman and SEAL, and another ten years serving as a Naval Special Warfare support contractor, Mike has travelled worldwide, documenting his experiences along the way through his photography. Starting off as a Photographer’s Mate in the U.S. Navy SEALs, he continued to photograph throughout his 34 year military career as an enlisted photojournalist and Naval Officer. In addition to his extensive military library, Mike also has an expansive collection of underwater and nature photography.</p>
<p>The Star of India is part of the Maritime Museum of San Diego and the world's oldest active sailing ship. Built at Ramsey Shipyard in the Isle of Man in 1863. Star of India became an American ship by Act of Congress and has sailed twenty-one times around the world.
