At its base is Fireboat Station 35, whose crews respond to on-water emergencies and fires along the waterfront. The city's fireboats can draw water from the bay, serving as mobile fire hydrants to assist onshore firefighters. This stunning artwork is bathed in twilight colors with reflections of the city lights dancing on the San Francisco Bay.</p>
