<p>Javanese artist Aricadia joined Sanggar Bunga-Buinga Bali, an artists' community where he began to explore his skills and freedom, combining realist and impressionist techniques on canvas. This resulted in a style of painting featuring a contrast of colors that are sharp and wild.</p>
<p>Coming out of the shadows and into the light, this beautiful woman is ready for everything that may come her way. 'She is quite well prepared to start something and though we only just see a quarter of her image, it's enough to tell us that she is really ready for what may come ahead,' explains Javanese artist Aricadia. Sharing in a moment of intimacy, he paints her portrait with a mixed palette of oils and acrylics.</p>
