<p>Eleanor Doughty is a Seattle-based illustrator and urban sketcher. Sketchbook in hand, she travels her neighborhood and foreign countries the same way, pen in hand, eyes up. She lives with her partner in an apartment by the lake with 60 houseplants, give or take.</p>
<p>Ink drawing of a typical street in the northern Vietnamese city of Hanoi. I drew it from life from a 3rd floor cafe and colored it digitally after my trip around this amazing country. I enjoyed capturing the details of the street level buildings as well as the pedestrians walking to work between the scooter traffic.</p>
