<p>Blue-fronted parrot (Amazona aestiva), emerging from a tree hole. This parrot nests in tree cavities. It is found in woodland areas of tropical South America, but not generally in dense rainforests. Parrots eat mainly seeds and fruit. Photographed in Brazil, in the Pantanal, the world's largest wetland region.</p>
