Carl Steffeck

<p>Carl Constantin Heinrich Steffeck was born on April 4th, 1818 in Berlin and was a German painter and graphic artist. He was especially well known for his paintings of horses and dogs. He died on July 11th, 1890 in Konigsberg.</p>
