About Mario Moreno
Mario Moreno was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1965. At the age of 18, Mario submerged himself into the world of photography using self-tuition as his main tool. Since 2005, he and his family have lived in Cape Town and has focused on the African continent concentrating in wildlife, landscapes and travel photography. From the great plains of the Serengeti to the flood plains of the Okavango and to the summit of Kilimanjaro, Mario Moreno has searched for the perfect moment. A moment where light, timing and emotions come together to create a memorable and forever lasting scene.
