<p>Born in Nelson, Lancashire, Alan Dyer is a British painter and artist who teaches at the teaches at the Coventry School of Art. He has worked in business, attended art school, and studied for a Master of Philosophy degree in the past. Dyer is known for creating a series of family portraits, being published on the subject of computer-based hypertext systems, and lecturing about the psychology and ideology of art. Today, Dyer manages multiple studios and workshops for young artists at the Coventry Canal Basin Trust.</p>

The centre of the Galaxy area in Sagittarius is setting in the southwest behind the icefields. The foreground light on the moraines is wash from lights on the Glacier View Inn and Icefields Centre.
