Scott Jarvie

Scott Jarvie grew up in the San Diego area and loves to travel with his camera by his side. His collection of photographs include Mormon Temples, each one lovingly captured during his excursions around the United States.

The Mesa Arizona Temple is one of the oldest temples and was originally dedicated by Heber Grant in 1921, followed by a groundbreaking in April 1922. It was dedicated again by Grant in 1927 and in 1975 by Spencer W. Kimball. The site was originally settled by Mormon pioneers and was the first temple to be built in Arizona. Its notable features include a cactus garden and a reflecting pool.
