Scott Jarvie grew up in the San Diego area and loves to travel with his camera by his side. His collection of photographs include Mormon Temples, each one lovingly captured during his excursions around the United States.

The Las Vegas Nevada Temple was dedicated in 1985 and 1989 by Gordon B. Hinckley. The statue of the angel Moroni on the temple faces away from the city of Las Vegas as a symbolic gesture to welcome the second coming of Jesus Christ. In the Celestial Room, the tall windows cast rainbows onto the surrounding walls when natural light shines through.
