<p>A high speed, monorail, train, designed by Dr. Ing Joseph Hinsken, takes a corner at 45 degrees during tests at Fuhlingen, near Cologne. The train, which has been scaled down for test purposes, will seat 200 passengers and, it is hoped, will be capable of achieving a speed of 100 miles per hour on suburban routes.</p>
