Exuberance 1

Item # 2588166

Ursula Abresch

Ursula Abresch's unique photography style can be classified as photo-impressionism, which allows for the abstraction of subjects; it makes it possible to express feelings without having to say a word, and to put down thoughts, dreams, and fleeting moments in time. She plays with color and uses it almost as if it were the subject itself.

Abstract image of a tree in a garden in British Columbia, Canada. The image was made using the in-camera burst multiple-exposure technique, in darken mode. The technique creates a painterly effect, while the darken mode brings out and intensifies a lot of the bright fall colours while also intensifying the underlying shapes. It is the twin image of "Exuberance 2". Ursula Abresch Abstract Trees Collection.
