<p>A time-exposure image capturing over one hour of the Earth rotation in form of star trails (rotating sky) around the north celestial pole, marked by the north star Polaris. On the Earth, Lhotse, the fourth highest mountain in the world at 8,516 metres (27,940 ft) is illuminated by the bright moonlight. The view was recorded from the Lhotse glacier at the world heritage Sagarmatha National Park of Nepal.</p>
