<p>Scott Jarvie grew up in the San Diego area and loves to travel with his camera by his side. His collection of photographs include Mormon Temples, each one lovingly captured during his excursions around the United States.</p>

<p>The Anchorage Alaska Temple held its groundbreaking in April 1998 and expanded in 2003 to encompass nearly 12,000 square feet. It sits in front of the Chugach Mountains, which create a picturesque background. A notable part of the Anchorage Alaska Temple is its Celestial Room chandelier that's made with Hungarian crystals and weighs 700 pounds.</p>
