<p>The Vespa Sprint was a 150cc 2 stoke scooter made by Piaggio from 1965 to 1979. The Vespa Sprint Veloce was an upgraded model produced from 1969 to 1979. The Vespa Spint Veloce had an updated engine which increase the compression ratio. The Vespa scooter was the first globally successful scooter and there is a huge loyal following of classic versions. The scooter was part of the mod subculture that developed in the 1960s.</p>
