<p>Scott Jarvie grew up in the San Diego area and loves to travel with his camera by his side. His collection of photographs include Mormon Temples, each one lovingly captured during his excursions around the United States.</p>
<p>The Tokyo Japan Temple was the first to be built in Asia and is the only temple to not have a traditional groundbreaking ceremony held. The exterior of the Tokyo Japan Temple is made of concrete, steel, and stone, which gives it the look of granite. After the temple was built, the Church was able to secure land on either side to increase the temple's functionality.</p>
