Scott Jarvie

Scott Jarvie grew up in the San Diego area and loves to travel with his camera by his side. His collection of photographs include Mormon Temples, each one lovingly captured during his excursions around the United States.

The Kansas City Missouri Temple has double towers, an architectural quality that distinguishes it from other temples and garners attention from passersby on the nearby highway. This temple is considered to have "inviting grounds" that include colorful flowers and lots of trees. Though it's only the second temple to be built in Missouri, there were other sites dedicated but later left unconstructed. Some of the materials used to create the Kansas City Temple came from the other sites.
