Laurie Prindle

Laurie Prindle was born and raised in the verdant landscapes of the Green Mountains of Vermont. In 1968 when she was six years old, her grandmother, who was a talented painter herself, gave her a set of Japanese watercolors. Animals, particularly big cats and birds of prey, were her fascination and she wanted to be a wildlife painter when she grew up. Laurie now owns many horses, which are her best friends and her artistic muses. Along with horses and animals, the nature, art and cultures of the world are her artistic inspirations.
