About Vail Oxley
Vail Oxley grew up in Beijing China, and spent most of his early years living with his grandparents in the country. Much of his inspiration comes from the time he spent enjoying the beautiful scenery, which is reflected in his serene and beautiful paintings of countryside scenes.
