<p>Rum Runner Captured. The Consuelo II, the rum runner that was captured with 15,000 bags of Christmas rum which will never be let out upon the public in New York City. She is a 110 foot sloup and is a converted yacht. The crew was taken off and arranged at customs house. The value of this load was valued at about three million dollars. Photo shows the Consuelo II as she lay at the Battery prior to being unloaded.</p>
