What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please follow the instructions below and one of our representatives will quickly ship out a replacement.
1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
2. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to: email@example.com. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
3. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.
What if I don’t love my canvas?
If you aren’t satisfied with your custom artwork, we are more than happy to work with you to make your order perfect!
*During the holidays, we offer an extended return policy! For orders placed in November or December, you will have until January 31st to exchange your order for free. No processing fees will be accessed if exchanged before January 31st.
NORMAL POLICY-Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your order of equal value for no additional charge. After 14 days, you will be charged a 20% processing fee, plus new shipping charges for your exchange. Scroll down for more information on how to start the return process!
Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 40% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Each piece is custom printed as soon as your order is placed and we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned. Scroll down for more information on how to obtain a refund.
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 365 days from the ship date.
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.

How do I start the return or exchange process
We offer a unique return process to make it quick and easy to exchange or refund your order. Do not discard or mail back your item until you receive further instructions.
Please complete the process below and one of our returns specialists will contact you within 1-2 business days.
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the following:
a) full name on the order
b) order number
c) item name
d) reason for return
e) return or exchange preferred (if exchange what item # and size)
2. You will receive an email within 1-2 business days with further instructions to complete the return process.
What If I need to change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.
If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we would be happy to make the change for you for no additional fee.
All of our items are printed on demand and we get started on your artwork as soon as the order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, all order cancelations will incur a 40% processing fee since we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are canceled.
