What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
Please follow the instructions below and one of our representatives will quickly ship out a replacement.
Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, item name, and a brief description of the damage.
You will receive an email within 1-2 business days to let you know that your return is being processed.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item before the return can be processed.
What if I don’t love my canvas?
If you aren’t satisfied with your custom canvas or print, we are more than happy to work with you to make your order perfect!
During the holidays, we offer an extended return policy!
For orders placed in November or December, you will have until January 31st to exchange your order for only the cost of an additional shipping fee. No processing fees will be accessed if exchanged before January 31st.
Normal return policy-Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your order for an additional shipping fee. While we can issue a full refund within 14 days our shipping fee is non refundable. Returns and exchanges 15 days after the delivery date may be charged an additional 40% processing fee based on the amount paid on the order. No returns or reprints will be accepted after 365 days from the ship date.

Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
What If I need to change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, we can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production we may not be able to update the shipping address.
We can modify your order within the first 24 hours from the time it was placed. After this time, since the order will be production, changes other than address or shipping method may require a processing fee.
